The Forjed License For (4) Services
1. Introduction
The FL4S license governs the use of Forjed services and projects. It applies specifically to projects created by Forjed, with exceptions noted below.
2. Applicability

- Forjed Cloud/MyForjed
Services Covered:
- Resulti
- Clysulti
- Siiky
3. Developer Requirements
- License Inclusion: Developers must include this license in the
LICENSE.mdfile of any new project or software created from scratch under FL4S. - Intellectual Property: All code and work developed under this license are the intellectual property of Forjed. Credit to the developer will be acknowledged, but Forjed retains priority over the work.
- DMCA Protection: Developers may apply for DMCA protection for projects named under Forjed through dmca.com, except where the project is open source or partially open source.
4. Distribution and Open Source
- Restrictions: Projects and software licensed under FL4S must not be released as open source. To distribute any part of the code or project, explicit permission from Forjed is required.
- Copying and Distribution: Copying, reproducing, or redistributing the code, website, program, or project is permitted only with prior consent from Forjed.
