Introduction
We prioritize your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. It covers all services from Resulti and complies with PIPEDA (Canada) and GDPR (European Union). Infrastructure is hosted in Malmö, Sweden, within the European Economic Area (EEA).
1. Legal Entity and Data Controller
Resulti operates under Forjed, based in Canada as an unincorporated initiative. The Project Lead serves as the responsible party for data processing. Data Controller contact: contact@forjed.xyz.
2. Information Collected
Site visits: the service does not employ analytics or tracking tools. No IP addresses or behavioral data are collected during normal use. Essential cookies are stored locally for UI and session management.

4. Data Retention Periods
For clarity, we run a cron that cleans out the database of hashed IPs every 24h. The cron executes the scripts everyday at 00:00 AM.

5. Integrated Services
Resulti wykorzystuje wyszukiwarki stawiające na pierwszym miejscu prywatność (Brave, PriEco, Mojeek, Staan, Marginalia, WebAtlas). Wszystkie zapytania są przekazywane przez serwer Resulti w Malmö w Szwecji, przy czym do integracji z Wikipedią wykorzystywane są serwisy api.resulti.org oraz proxy.forjed.xyz. Twoja przeglądarka łączy się wyłącznie z adresami Resulti.org oraz api.resulti.org/proxy.forjed.xyz. Poza zapytaniami wyszukiwania żadne dane użytkownika nie są udostępniane dostawcom.
6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Resulti does not collect or store any personal or technical data by default. The exception involves security: we temporarily collect a hashed version of your IP address to identify and block abusive or malicious requests (e.g. rate-limiting or preventing attacks). This hashed IP is not stored long-term and serves only to block harmful traffic.
7. Cookies
The service uses essential cookies only for UI and session management (in short, settings preferences). These are stored locally and not used for tracking, analytics, or advertising. Users can manage or delete cookies via browser settings.
8. Your Rights
Since Resulti does not collect or store any personal data by default, these rights are not applicable unless you voluntarily provide us with your information, such as during special events or when submitting feedback that requires details like your email address. Contact: contact@forjed.xyz.

9. International Data Transfers
- Server hosting: Malmö, Sweden (EEA). GDPR protections apply.
- Admin access from Canada: outside EEA. Equivalent privacy safeguards (PIPEDA) apply.
10. Other Websites
This policy applies only to Resulti.org. Other websites by Forjed may have different policies but adhere to the same privacy principles.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here, a (*) symbol will appear next to the privacy policy link for 3 days, and the 'Last Updated' date will be revised.
