1. Introduction
These Terms of Services (Terms) govern your access to and use the services provided by Forjed ("Forjed", "we", "us", or "our"), including our search engine ("Resulti"), DNS resolver ("DNS" or "Forjed DNS"), file sharing platform ("CD" or "Forjed CD") (Collectively, the "Services").
2. Accepting These Terms
By using or visiting any Services, you accept these Terms. Please refrain from using our Services if you disagree.
3. Who We Are
Forjed on Kanadassa toimiva, rekisteröimätön hanke. Hanketta rahoittavat sen omistaja ja lahjoitukset, ja sen toiminnan takana on joukko omistautuneita vapaaehtoisia.
4. Using Our Services
Use our Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Do not use them to harm others, break the law, or disrupt the Services for everyone else. Do not attack our infrastructure, and do not overload Resulti or our DNS resolver with automated traffic.
5. Your Account and Your Files
Forjed CD encrypts your files and filenames on your device with AES-256 before they reach our servers, and protects password-secured files with Argon2id. That is true zero-knowledge encryption: we cannot read your files, and we cannot recover them for you. Keep your password safe, because if you lose it the files are gone. Anything you upload stays yours and we claim no rights over it.
5. Tietosuoja
Your privacy is a priority and we take it very seriously as a privacy-focused org. We do not sell your data and we do not track you. See our Privacy Policy, and the policies for Resulti, Forjed DNS and Forjed CD for the details.
6. Ikä
Suosittelemme palveluitamme 16 vuotta täyttäneille. Palvelut eivät ole tarkoitettu alle 16-vuotiaille EU:ssa tai alle 13-vuotiaille Kanadassa, emmekä tietoisesti kerää tietoja alaikäisiltä. Noudatamme tiukkaa tietosuojakäytäntöä. Lisätietoja löytyy tietosuojakäytännöstämme.
7. Saatavuus ja takuun puuttuminen
Teemme parhaamme pitääksemme palvelut toiminnassa, nopeina ja turvallisina, mutta niitä ylläpitävät vapaaehtoiset ja ne tarjotaan ”sellaisenaan” ilman takuuta käytettävyydestä tai sopivuudesta mihinkään tiettyyn tarkoitukseen. Palvelut voivat keskeytyä huoltotöiden tai meistä riippumattomien syiden vuoksi, ja voimme muuttaa, keskeyttää tai lopettaa minkä tahansa palvelun milloin tahansa. 8. Palvelimet ja sovellettava laki
Our server is located in Malmö, Sweden. As such, data stored on our platform is subject to Swedish and EU data protection laws. We comply with the GDPR (European Union), PIPEDA (Canada), and Quebec’s Law 25. Additional local laws may also apply. Attacks against our servers are reported by our hosting provider to the authorities under Swedish and EU law, and legal action may be taken.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page, with a (*) next to the link for 14 to 30 days so you notice them. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the current version.
