1. Introduction and About Us

Forjed (The Forjed Project) is an unregistered, non-profit organization based somewhere in the Greater Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The company is financed by its owner and donations, and powered by approximately volunteers.

Forjed utilizes open-source software such as Nextcloud, Linkstack, and self-developed projects similar to Disroot and Atopide, among others.

2. Use of Our Services

By using our services, you agree to use them responsibly, acceptably, and not for any illegal activities or actions that can cause incidents. Our websites are protected by Cloudflare; any attack attempts or unauthorized bot visits can result in an automatic block of up to one year.

3.1 MyForjed (cloud.forjed.xyz)

MyForjed is powered by Nextcloud, an open-source project. Each user receives 16GB of storage, which can be increased to 27GB with a future premium subscription. By using MyForjed, you agree to use it responsibly and carefully.

3.1.1 Money, Refunds, and Conditions

You can request a refund by emailing [email protected] to cancel your Premium subscription, subject to the following conditions:

My refund was refused:
Your refund was refused because your subscription is ending soon or has already ended.

I got my refund, but it seems incomplete:
Your refund may be incomplete due to the days you used the subscription. For example, if you used 10 days of Premium, you would receive $20 instead of $30.

Request an immediate refund from us
Provide proof of the transaction
Add (URGENT) in the email subject line

3.3 Abuse

Any abuse can result in the suspension or deletion of your account. Users have one week to download their data before account deletion.

6. Servers

Our server is located in Malmö, Sweden.

6.1 Legal

Incidents can be reported to Swedish authorities. Attacks against our servers are reported by our hosting provider to authorities under Swedish/EU laws, and legal action may be taken.

7. Local Law

Forjed complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act). Additional local laws may also apply.

8. Age

To use our services, users must be at least 15 years old to create an account and at least 12 years old to use our services. If we suspect a user is underage, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the account. Parents, please refer to section 10 for more information.

9. Do Not Sell My Data

Forjed does not sell your data as we are privacy-focused and anti-tracking. Please refer to our Privacy Policy

10. For Parents

10.1 Account Takedown

Parents can request the suspension or deletion of accounts owned by children under 13 years old. Requests for children 14 years and older will be denied.

10.2 Deletion Requests

When requesting deletion, you can download all data or contact us to request a zip file of its contents. We recommend respecting the privacy of the contents, as accessing it without permission may be considered a privacy invasion and could be illegal in some countries.

11. DMCA

DMCA always take DMCA request very seriously, all DMCA takedown request should be requested at: [email protected]

11.1 False DMCA request

Submitting a false DMCA takedown request will result in all your accounts on Forjed being closed. Legal action may be taken
