Can i get a refund?

Forjed cannot refund you. However, you can cancel your plan in the settings of your CD’s account. The plan will not immediately being cancelled to be fair since refund cant be made.

Here is how its work:

– If you buy a plan in October 12 2025, but you cancel it on October 16 2025, it will be cancelled on November 12 2025.
– If you buy a plan in October 12 but you cancel it on November 16 2025, it will be cancelled on December 12 2025 (Because the plan has already been renewed).

How do you receive payment?

We currently accept payments via Stripe. For customers who prioritize privacy, we also plan to accept additional payment methods, including:

• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, QUB, etc.)
• Queye Pay
• Cash by post

Why aren’t the prices rounded to simpler numbers?

Since October 2025, we have updated the pricing for the Pro and Premium plan to ensure fairness. The price per GB is based on the former Pro plan rate and is set at $0.0756 CAD per GB.
