-The email address associated with your CD Account
Encryption & Security
Files Name and Content: All file names and their contents are encrypted using AES-256 and Argon2id whenever a password is applied. Encryption is implemented end-to-end, ensuring that neither our servers nor any individual can access the data.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): The 2FA secret is securely hashed to provide additional protection. In the unlikely event of a incident with our database, the secret cannot be retrieved or identified.
Third-Party Services
Forjed CD does not use analytics tools or IP trackers. Our platform only integrates a few third-party services for essential functions like login and payment processing.
The integrated services are:
1. SimpleLogin
We use SimpleLogin, a privacy-focused service owned by Proton, as a sign-up and login option. This allows users to create an alternate email address instead of sharing their personal one, keeping your email and identity private.
2. Stripe
We use Stripe for transactions and subscriptions. Stripe collects only the mandatory information, such as email, and optionally any additional information users choose to provide. All payment information is handled securely and in compliance with industry standards.
3. hCaptcha
We employ hCaptcha to safeguard our login and registration forms from automated abuse, spam, and other malicious activities, including attempts by competitors to gain unauthorized access. The use of hCaptcha helps ensure the security and integrity of our services and the protection of our users.
