- You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company/legal entity on whose behalf the individual is accessing or using the Service.
- Service refers to Forjed CD and all related platforms.

- Third-Party Services refers to services integrated with Forjed CD, such as SimpleLogin and Stripe.
Information Collected
We do not collect any personal or identifiable information from our users, such as IP addresses, real names, or any other data that could be used to identify you. The only information collected in Forjed CD is:
-The username used on your CD Account
-The email address associated with your CD Account
The information is collected for account creation, services access, login functionality and subscription management (Email only for subscription management).
They will never be used for tracking, marketing or analytics purposes.
Encryption & Security
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
2FA secrets are securely hashed and cannot be retrieved in the event of a database incident.
File Names and Contents:
All files and their names are encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 and (with Argon2id if password is used). This encryption is applied automatically and does not require a user-set password. As a result, data cannot be accessed by our servers or staff.
Third-Party Services
Forjed CD does not use analytics tools or IP trackers. Our platform only integrates a few third-party services for essential functions like login and payment processing.
The integrated services are:
1. SimpleLogin
We use SimpleLogin, a privacy-focused service owned by Proton, as a sign-up and login option. This allows users to create an alternate email address instead of sharing their personal one, keeping your email and identity private.
2. Stripe
We use Stripe for transactions and subscriptions. Stripe collects only the mandatory information, such as email, and optionally any additional information users choose to provide. All payment information is handled securely and in compliance with industry standards.
3. hCaptcha
We employ hCaptcha to safeguard our login and registration forms from automated abuse, spam, and other malicious activities, including attempts by competitors to gain unauthorized access. The use of hCaptcha helps ensure the security and integrity of our services and the protection of our users.
Data Retention
Your data will be deleted within 30 days after you request deletion or after your account becomes inactive. Once deleted, your information will be permanently removed from our systems.

Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this site by adding a (*) next to the link for 3 days.
