Forjed CD – Terms of service

1. Introduction and About Us

Forjed CD is a privacy-focused, file storage and sharing platform. By using Forjed CD, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Our Services

By accessing or using Forjed CD, you agree to:

Use the platform responsibly and comply with all applicable laws.
Refrain from uploading illegal content or engaging in activities that may harm Forjed CD, its servers, or other users.
Understand that violations may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is our priority. Forjed CD is privacy-focused and anti-tracking. All uploaded files are encrypted using AES-256 (and optionally Argon2 for password-protected files). Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Servers and Data Location

Our primary server is located in Malmö, Sweden. Data stored on our platform is subject to Swedish and EU data protection laws.

4.1 Legal

Server incidents or attacks may be reported to Swedish authorities, and legal action may be taken under Swedish/EU law.

5. Compliance with Laws

Forjed CD complies with GDPR (EU), PIPEDA (Canada), and Quebec’s Bill 64. Additional local laws may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

6. Age Requirements

We recommend users be 13 years or older to safely use Forjed CD.

7. Storage Plans

Users has the storage limits of their plan.

7.1 Refund Policy

All subscriptions on Forjed CD are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not provide any monetary refund.

Your access to the service will continue until the calculated expiry date, based on your plan start date:

Cancellation in the Same Month as Plan Start
- If you cancel within the month your subscription began, your plan will remain active for one full month from your start date.
- Example: Plan started on September 10, cancellation on September 15 → expires October 10.
Cancellation in a Different Month than Plan Start
- If you cancel after the start month, your plan will remain active until the same day-of-month as your start date in the following month from the cancellation date.
- Example: Plan started on September 10, cancellation on October 18 → expires November 10.

This ensures all users receive the full value of their paid subscription, while maintaining a consistent billing cycle.

8. DMCA and Copyright

We respect copyright law. All DMCA takedown requests should be submitted to contact@resulti.org.

8.1 False DMCA Requests

Submitting false DMCA requests will result in your Forjed CD account being closed (sanctioned).

9. Account Termination and Data Deletion

Accounts may be terminated for violating these terms, including uploading illegal content, impersonation, or submitting false DMCA requests. Upon termination, all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted after any grace period.
