We prioritize your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. It applies to all services offered by Resulti and complies with PIPEDA (Canada) and GDPR (European Union).
Our infrastructure is hosted in Malmö, Sweden, within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Resulti is operated by The Forjed Project, based in Canada. The Forjed Project operates as an unincorporated initiative under the management of its Project Lead., who serves as the responsible party for all data processing activities.

2. Information Collected

Site Visits
We do not use analytics or tracking tools. No IP addresses or behavioral data are collected during normal use. Essential cookies are stored locally for UI and session management.
3. Subprocessors
The following third-party subprocessors support Resulti’s services:

5. Integrated Services
Resulti integrates privacy-focused search providers (Brave, PriEco, Mojeek, Staan). All queries are proxied through Resulti’s server in Malmö, Sweden with Forjed Proxy. (Forjed Proxy and Resulti are in the same server.). Your browser connects only to Resulti.org and Proxy.forjed.xyz. No user data is shared with providers beyond search queries.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Data Collection and Use
Resulti does not collect or store any personal or technical data by default. Our systems are designed to avoid logging user information, including IP addresses, search queries, or behavioral data.
The only exception is for security purposes:
- We temporarily collect a hashed version of your IP address to identify and block abusive or malicious requests (e.g., rate-limiting or preventing attacks).
- This hashed IP is not stored long-term and is only used to block harmful traffic. It is not linked to any individual or used for tracking.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only for UI and session management (in short, settings preferences). These are stored locally and not used for tracking, analytics, or advertising. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR and PIPEDA, you have the following rights:

9. International Data Transfers
- Server Hosting: Malmö, Sweden (EEA) – GDPR protections apply.
- Admin Access from Canada: Outside EEA – equivalent privacy safeguards (PIPEDA) apply.
10. Other Websites
This policy applies only to Resulti.org. Other websites by The Forjed Project may have different policies but adhere to the same privacy principles.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here, a (*) symbol will appear next to the privacy policy link for 3 days and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
